Tell us all about your business...

A Dietitian on A Mission to bring the heal back in health and the true meaning of the word Diet-diata-A way of life. Training in traditional and nontraditional medicine and a certified life coach. It was all backward and missing pieces! Ask me about the Domino Diet Formula.

What's your background and motivation to grow as a solopreneur?

I started Private Practice in 2010, which has taken on many twists and turns. Among the things that motivate me as a wellness expert is discovering what makes people hungry, what they crave, and it isn't what you think!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

While I have been on the Board of Directors of a National Organization, Chaired committees. It was becoming a bestselling author that was the real game-changer! It allowed me to pivot with a massive business card to enhance virtual training during much-needed times.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a solopreneur?

Being the kind boss that takes more breaks ;) and narrowing into a niche when there are a plethora of possibilities

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a small business today?

Find the duet of your heart and mind guidance. Find your niche. Profit first and go the skinny route first!

If there was one thing you could do repeatedly to help grow your business, what would it be?

Continue investing in me to stay motivated, and hone my weakness and strengths to know what to keep and what to outsource.

What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance and to keep it all together?

Who are some of your favorite entrepreneurs and best business resources/books?

Mary Morrissey and faculty (John Boggs for example) Wallace Wattles and Napoleon Hills books etc.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Heart disease is the number one cause of death in 1st world countries, and no amount of money, status, career separates this. What separates this is knowing how to dial up your Love Hertz when your heart hurts. If you neglect your missions, your body will let you know. Don't ignore the signs!
