Tell us about yourself
Holly Penney Lifestyle started out of a desire to support female entrepreneurs on their journey of learning about self-care. I have made my mission to empower women to make self-care a priority, to set and achieve goals and show up as the BIG them!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment by far has had the courage to start my business. If I hadn't even started my company, I wouldn't be where I am today. Stepping outside my comfort zone and having the drive, passion & courage to create the life of my dreams.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Feeling like you have to do it all alone. I feel like the term: Jack-of-all-trades is a dream killer. We don't have to do it all! as a matter of fact, most times, there is a better, more effective way to do a task if we would just reach out for support!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Find your Niche - You are not going to be everyone's cup of tea. You just have to figure out who's the cup of tea you are and be the best service provider to your industry as possible!
- Give yourself grace - it is not a matter of IF, it is a matter of WHEN you make a mistake or something doesn't go as you planned it. It is Okay. Forgive yourself, learn the lesson and move on!
- Keep Going - This journey can be challenging. I encourage you to wake up each morning and put one step in front of the other!
