What's your business, and who are your customers?
We offer personalized health and wellness coaching to help clients achieve their greatest and most fulfilling lifestyle and wellness goals. Our approach is client-centered, and we work as partners and allies to enable our clients to grow through our coaching to achieve self-actualization.
Tell us about yourself
In 2020, I was experiencing personal burnout and a lack of fulfillment in my professional career. I found health coaching as a way to improve my health and wellness and turned that experience into a passion for helping others do the same. I am motivated by a desire to help my clients unleash their full potential to achieve their ideal state of health and find true health, happiness, and well-being.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is getting started! Leaving behind a successful, stable career to start in a new industry and obtain entirely new credentials was really scary. Sometimes just taking the first step is a huge victory in and of itself.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Deciding where and how to invest your resources - time, financial, emotional. The responsibility to control every decision is very empowering, but it can also be very draining. It's really important that I use my own advice to stay grounded and keep perspective.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Do it because you love it, not for the money. It's easier said than done, but if you're passionate about what you do, it will drive you even more. Delegate what you don't enjoy where you can. Learn from others. We aren't experts in everything and shouldn't be. There are amazing resources out there. You just have to look for them.
