What's your business, and who are your customers?
Women in perimenopause hire me to alleviate symptoms using lifestyle approaches so they can feel energized each morning, kick the brain fog to the curb, and feel confident in the workplace.
Tell us about yourself
Dyna was a Director of Marketing and worked for 20 years in the tech sector. Now she is a certified health and nutrition coach who refused to give in after her doctor, dietician, and trainer gave ineffective advice on how to navigate perimenopause. After studying the women's aging research, she figured things out and now helps women through their symptoms using a lifestyle approach so they can wake up energized each morning. She is a sought-after guest on lifestyle podcasts and is an active member of the Womaness Advisory Panel.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Helping women to regain their vitality through perimenopause.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The ongoing challenge is keeping up with shifts in the marketplace and how technology is used.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
It's important to do your research to identify your niche. Just as important is to articulate the promise you offer and to ensure it solves a problem or fits the need of your target client. And finally, knowing what function to hire and the timing of bringing on help.

Having a compelling digital presence is valuable. The pandemic underlined the need for resiliency in how services are delivered.
