What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is content creation, focused primarily on video. Highline Content creates high-quality video ads for e-commerce and small business owners. Highline Content also has a team of content creators in our Highline Creators branch. We connect content creators with brands to get content created with their products. We are now opening a content creator studio as well, where creators can rent our studio by the hour or on a monthly subscription to use the studio how and when they wish!
Tell us about yourself
I'm a serial entrepreneur who loves to build and help others grow both personally and financially. What motivates me every day is a drive to get what is in my mind/vision out into the world and also to create freedom for myself and my family.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Leaving my secure, well-paying job to start my own two businesses, one being Highline Content and the other a physical studio and brick-and-mortar retail store launching soon.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
A literally never-ending supply of things to manage and get done. Finding, training, and keeping amazing team members is also an important and challenging task.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
20% planning and 80% EXECUTION. Taking action opens up opportunities and options. It also opens you up to mistakes, which is the best way to learn quickly and not repeat the same mistakes. You just keep getting better and better. Some wins, some losses. The losses are lessons and an education cheaper than college :)
