What's your business, and who are your customers?
Highest Potential Woman is a coaching company specializing in personal development programs designed for multisensory women. Our programs help highly-sensitive women embody their highest selves, cultivate conscious relationships + spiritual partnerships, and live wildly successful lives.
Tell us about yourself
After working in corporate leadership roles, I could feel that my Soul needed something more. I began my Life Coaching and Conscious Studies journey in 2007. By 2012, I launched my first coaching business, which evolved into teaching Conscious Leadership in corporate. A decade later, I'm still doing the work of personal development, helping women cultivate conscious friendships and spiritual partnerships so that they can become the most successful version of themselves. I'm passionate about helping others and continuing my education - I consider myself a life learner and educator. I feel an inner pull towards the work I do, and seeing myself and others transform their lives (for real) is what keeps me turned on with this work.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is the recent release of my book True Friends, A Revolutionary Approach to Cultivating Conscious Feminine Friendships. It's available on Amazon, or if you prefer the audiobook, you can get that at www.TrueFriendsBook.com.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things for me is overcoming procrastination on the bigger projects that I want to be birthed. It's why I also work with coaches and experts, which helps me learn faster and stay accountable and focused on what I'm creating.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Your desires never go away. If you have a strong desire to start a business and work for yourself, there's a deeper reason beneath that. Find out why that is, and let it be your fuel. Otherwise, you might give up when times get tough!
- Once you know who you are at your core and why you are doing the work you want to do, DON'T STOP. Just keep putting one foot in front of the next, and your path will unfold.
- Meditate daily, take massive action, and invest in yourself and your team.
