Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in personal and business development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Stuart Ross, CEO of High Growth, located in Nottingham, Notts, UK.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

High Growth simply works with the most ambitious and fastest-growing companies across the world, providing the skills, knowledge, training, and tailored coaching needed to achieve sustainable high growth.

Tell us about yourself

Having successfully launched businesses for Alliance Boots, I developed High Growth after recognising the lack of quality support offered for scaling organisations. The company now has offices in Nottingham and San Diego, providing coaching and training services. I have personally conceived, developed, and implemented new products and services that have generated sales within the UK of over £3bn and received prestigious awards in the UK and Japan. Meanwhile, my “groundbreaking” e-book Secrets of High Growth Companies is a business bestseller.

High Growth provides an integrated approach to supporting fast-growing businesses through coaching, training, and an online academy. The academy is a high-growth online community that shares the secrets of success with all businesses. Alongside High Growth, I am a keynote speaker and a regular contributor to the BBC, business press, and lecture at Nottingham University Business School. What motivates me each day is helping business owners realise their potential whilst making their journey to success easier and more enjoyable.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Having impacted and inspired over a million businesses across the world through coaching, training, online support, summits, etc.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The ability to let go and build a team you trust to deliver the quality you expect.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Define your vision.
  2. Be flexible in how you deliver that vision.
  3. Work harder and smarter than everybody else.

Where can people find you and your business?
