Once upon a time, I checked off all the boxes, but when I got to the end, I found myself asking… Is this it??
✓ Went to School, got a degree
✓ Got the job
✓ Got married
✓ Bought the house
✓ Had kids
✓ Life fell apart
✓ Knew it was time to heal but didn’t like traditional methods…
✓ Felt like so much of it was settling, a series of band-aids, not really solving the root of my problems…

And while there certainly were a lot of great things in my life – I wasn’t really “happy.” I found myself thinking, “Is this really it?” Isn’t there more to life? Why is this so hard?? My search to find the answers led to a deep understanding of how I (and all hUmans) can REALLY operate in the world.

How to heal and evolve

Discovered a new method of healing trauma, getting relief from all the things we don’t want in life
Became a master at creating exactly what I wanted with this new method and learned that I didn’t need to settle at all

Realized that this is so much bigger than I initially thought, it is truly how life works, the next piece to our evolutionary puzzle.

I combined my background in Biomedical Sciences, Neurophysiology, and Energetics with all these life experiences to create Hey U Human, the first Human Development Company.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Hey U Human is a global leader in mental health and human wellness. Humanity is struggling. There are massive gaps in our mental health and human wellness arena. Hey U Human is here to fill those gaps, so being hUman…can be fun again. We are here to show humans what being hUman is ACTUALLY about.

It’s time to stop coping and managing your day-to-day stressors and start eliminating all the hard parts of being human. It’s the solution no one knew existed. We are here to bring new methods, techniques, and understandings to the world to revolutionize how we DO human. My biggest accomplishment isn't going from inception to a multi-million dollar company in less than three years - it's implementing what I teach, connecting with amazing humans, and building the kind of company that fosters change in the world around us.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I get to keep evolving. That naturally comes with challenges. Sometimes things happen, and old things I've worked on before resurface in a new light or from a new angle, and I have to work on processing them again. I have to make space to do that in real-time.

But, this is the beauty of my lifestyle, of my technique, and of my company - I practice all of these things, so when life does something unexpected, or I get triggered in a new way, I already know exactly what to do, and I have an environment and connections to people who support and understand me.
