L&D is my opportunity to help organizations plan their workforce, develop their talent market, and propose innovative learning solutions. My aim is to recommend the right ecosystem that supports organizations to develop their people and impact business results.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Getting repeated business from clients.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Well-being and recognizing that well-being includes financial, mental health, social, physical, and career.
