What's your business, and who are your customers?

We help entrepreneurial consultants build profitable, scalable, and strategic consulting businesses. Whether you want to escape your 9 to 5 job and become a consultant or take your existing consulting firm to the next level, we exist to help you build a successful consulting business on your terms. We've helped thousands of people achieve these results.

Tell us about yourself

Started my first consulting business during my 1st year in college. Ultimately what fulfills me is teaching and helping people achieve accurate results and meaningful success in their own lives. Our clients, consultants, or those transitioning into consulting can build a business on their terms. Making a more significant impact doing what they love and earning a high income with freedom and flexibility has a substantial effect on them, their families, clients, and the community they are part of. That's what gives me energy.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Built a multi-million dollar consulting and training company while traveling the world and helping thousands of people to be successful.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Leading a team and working on constantly becoming a better leader. That's a big focus for me currently.

What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Get very clear on who your ideal client is. The more focused and specific you are in the early days, the better. This will help with your messaging and your marketing.
  2. Have conversations and make offers. It's easy to spend time planning, preparing, thinking, and building. But ultimately, your success will come from talking to your clients and customers and inviting them to say YES to what you have to offer. The more you do this, the more you'll learn how to improve your business.
  3. Work on your mindset. Read, study, surround yourself with success, and that you can learn from and be inspired by. Most of the challenges you face aren't strategy and tactics; your mindset will hold you back.
