What's your business, and who are your customers?
Helical Dynamix Ltd. is a boutique company for tailor-made solutions for leadership capabilities and mindset development. The company's mission is to support business leaders, teams, and organizations in reaching their next level of success, satisfaction, engagement, and balance. My customers are leaders from various industries and diverse leadership seniority from all over the world.
Tell us about yourself
I have 24+ years of senior leadership experience in the field of IT and Telco industries, with a proven track record in building and transforming large-scale organizations in EMEA and as well globally, in developing and retaining leaders and talents. All the above, together with my over nine years of profound coaching development and extensive individual and team coaching experience, gave me the motivation to become fully dedicated to the business leaders' growth. The challenges I am partnering with my customers to overcome, as well as their success and lessons, learn, boost my passion for being there each day for them.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I would like to highlight two main accomplishments I reached as a business owner so far:
- A couple of complex transformations my customers managed to implement with effective resources leadership and excellent customer and employee experience.
- The customized Academies for leadership development I took the chance to design and drive for a few customers from diverse industries – they reached outstanding business results through investing in people's growth and success, and that was my best reward!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the most challenging things for me as a business owner was to say "no" ( at least from time to time 😉) and not to accept every customer request, which triggered my curiosity to learn and further develop myself.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
