What's your business, and who are your customers?
At Hectic Cutz Inc., our mission is to make everyone that comes into our shop feel like a celebrity through luxury and quality services. Offering in-shop & mobile services, A-List cuts, Barber Training, Custom Neocape sales, and Membership perks & rates.
Tell us about yourself
What got me to start my business was seeing how a simple haircut can change the mental mindset of a human in a positive way. I focus my business on quality and luxury comfort to make sure every client that leaves feels like a celebrity. What motivates me is seeing my clients leave the barbershop with the biggest smile on their faces after a haircut; it's why I strive to give quality cuts. To make sure everyone that leaves feels and looks amazing.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is having my own Canada Wide Beard Oil Product called " Hectic Oil " and being able to cut for celebrities, such as Evander Kane, as a regular from the Edmonton Oilers.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Accepting sacrifices in order for your business to strive and survive in this competitive world.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Digital Marketing is your money maker.
- Quality over Quality.
- Always think about your client's perspective of why they wanna come to you and not about the money.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Always remember, you have to be grateful for where you came from. No matter how far your success takes you, remember where you started and came from.
