What's your business, and who are your customers?
Health and Wellness Clinic.
We treat pain, digestive issues, allergies, anxiety, and emotional trauma. We offer acupuncture, The Loomis System of Digestion, Hypnotherapy, and The NAET method of allergy elimination. Our customers range in age from 2 weeks to 96 years. They come from all nationalities and all walks of life from all over the country.
Tell us about yourself
I first came to natural healing through acupuncture 35 years ago for my mental and emotional health, and it had great results. I then set out on a path to make Oriental Medicine my life's work. I first became a Massage Therapist, then went on to receive a Master's Degree from The Traditional Acupuncture Institute in Columbia, Maryland, which is now called The Maryland University of Integrative Health. In addition, I became certified in NAET and The Loomis System of Digestive Health.
Every time I see our patients improve and achieve their health goals, it motivates me to continue working to make a difference for people and living out the motto: "Changing Lives One Patient at a Time."
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Providing holistic health care to acute and chronic patients by employing powerful health modalities that lead each individual to their goal of a healthier, happier life.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Maintaining the highest quality care in a competitive, price-driven market.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
The top tips I can share will be Honesty, Integrity, and Priority.
