What's your business, and who are your customers?
I have been a nutritionist for over a decade. There is no one-size-fits-all in nutrition. My goal is to help you find your optimal diet that nourishes your body while addressing the health challenges you are facing.

Tell us about yourself
Food and health are lifelong passions of mine, but it wasn't until I experienced my own health challenges that I decided to get my formal education in nutrition. I saw firsthand how powerful food is, and I have made it my mission to reach as many people as possible. Changing one's habits can be challenging, but the results are rewarding. There is nothing better than helping people regain their health.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Gaining the trust and respect of my clients has been my biggest accomplishment. My small business thrives on word of mouth, and there is no better thank you than a referral.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
It can be hard to do it all. Being a professional, running a business, raising a family... My biggest accomplishment throughout the years has been never to give up and keep focusing on the bigger picture.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Never stop learning and growing.
- Identify your weaknesses and work on them.
- Have a clear short-term and long-term plan.
