Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in health and wellness but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Stoney Eskew, Founder of Health Fitness Impact, LLC., located in Littleton, CO, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

Hello! I am the owner of Health Fitness Impact LLC, and I help coaches and anyone really who is done with dieting and wants to break through the limiting beliefs holding them back, turn their body into a fat-burning machine and create a life they love.

Tell us about yourself

My name is Stoney Eskew, and I've always had a passion for nutrition, exercise, and helping people. I struggled with my own weight and spent ten years yo-yo dieting (even after being a certified personal trainer), and I know how frustrating it is. That led me down the path of studying nutrition and how to work with the metabolism, and what mindset shifts are needed to see lasting changes. I lost weight back in 2009 and have been able to maintain my goal weight since, and my mission is to help everyone. I can be free from diets.

Here recently, after going through multiple setbacks, a lot of loss, and finding myself stuck in life, I got certified as an NLP Practitioner and Life Coach to help me rebuild, and it motivates me to know I can help my clients on a deeper level as well.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

One of my biggest accomplishments as a business owner was building a successful Metabolism Testing business from the ground up. I was fortunate enough to help thousands of people dial in their nutrition and exercise and see great results, and then in 2015, I sold my company!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I feel like one of the hardest things is remembering that I can't do it all and hiring as quickly as possible so I can stay in my zone of genius and avoid burnout.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

My top 3 tips for anyone who is looking to start a business today would be:

  1. Focus on one business idea that you love and do it.
  2. Create a vision and three-year goal/dream for your business and life.
  3. Hire a coach or mentor who has already done what you envision to help you fast-track your results!
