What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are HEALOR, a health and wellness-based company with the sole focus on improving the lives and well-being of our clients. We offer traditional primary care services, medical weight loss treatments, hormone management, a custom line of supplements, and nutritional advice. Our customers are primarily located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area.
Tell us about yourself
HEALOR started in 2017 from very humble beginnings. Since then, our practice has grown, and today, we not only help our clients get well, we optimize their health through regenerative medicine services. Our strength comes from our people -- from world-class practitioners to dedicated admins -- and the diversity of experiences and skills they bring to the practice.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner has been not only surviving the pandemic but actually being able to achieve a positive growth trajectory.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
As a first-time business owner, the hardest thing to acknowledge was how much I did not know about operating a business. These last 5 years have been a very humbling experience, to say the least.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be Humble and ask for help often.
- Starting a business is stressful so take care of your mental health.
- Take care of your team, and they will take care of your business.
