What's your business, and who are your customers?
Heal With Jenn provides wellness services such as energy healing, energy coaching, intuitive guidance, and sound alchemy. I guide others to master their energy, live mindfully and embodied, and thrive in all aspects of their lives.
Tell us about yourself
I've been in the alternative and holistic health industry for many years now. My mother is a Holistic Health Practitioner and Energy Worker, so I've been exposed to this kind of work since I was a child. And I've always been drawn to helping people, so I've dedicated my life's work to holding space for others and helping to raise the vibrational frequency.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I owned a successful lash business for six years, and when the Covid-19 pandemic hit in 2020, I had to close it down for good. But I was able to pivot and step into what I felt was my soul's mission, and I've been continuing to build and grow my business into what's most aligned with who I am today.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Personally, it's hard not to try to do everything when you're a solopreneur. But I've learned that you can't do it all on your own, and it's also necessary to ask for help, so you don't burn yourself out.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
