We offer sport psychology services or mental skills training to athletes, teams, coaches, and performers.
Tell us about yourself
I pursued graduate education in Sport Psychology due to my own experiences playing sports and the recognition that the mental aspects of sports make or break you as an athlete. I am motivated to provide services to others not available to me when I was an athlete.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is reaching a wide range of athletes, not only in the Atlanta area but all over the United States.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing about being a business owner is managing the resources to reach and help as many individuals as possible.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- You have to start somewhere! Take a small step today.
- Remember to take care of yourself and your own needs.
- Check in with yourself frequently to ensure that you are still doing what you love.
