What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a music studio that gives private one-on-one harp lessons, workshops/masterclasses in the group setting, and performances. We also have a retail element in that we run a showroom for harps, and we put on special exhibitions periodically.

Mere passion and love for the harp as a musical instrument and an art form.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Our top competitive students were inspired to pursue a career in music and went on to succeed in auditioning for top professional institutions around the US and Canada and with top scholarships. Our showroom brought in some of the rarest harp models into and across Canada.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Uncertainty.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Be determined, sensitive, and ready for hard work!
