What's your business, and who are your customers?
My Beauty Secrets is a VIP medical spa helping people with body sculpting, advanced facials, and painless laser hair removal. We help our clients to get in shape faster. We understand that every individual has a certain image of their own body shape and look. That is why we have designed four main programs implementing the latest technology to help you achieve your goal faster. You're not alone anymore! We can walk you through the process. Tell us about yourself
My journey into the fashion and beauty industry. I started my professional career at my mother's fashion house as a designer and stylist when I was 19. I started in the beauty industry with nail treatments, then lashes and brows. Soon after, I trained and received my certificate to teach lash extensions and brow microblading to my lovely students. I transferred my knowledge and skill to so many beautiful, talented girls.
But it seemed that beauty had planned something more for me. I started to research the skincare and body-sculpting industry, and that was when I felt totally fulfilled in my career. I have been searching and looking around for the newest trends in skincare and body sculpting since I was 17. I was obsessed with trying and experiencing all different invasive and non-invasive treatments for myself. Through my own positive and negative experiences, I found the best and least invasive treatments. Today, I am in a position to provide the most natural and non-invasive advanced treatments for myself and for my lovely guests who have similar goals as I do.
I have an enthusiasm to share what I have learned with everyone. Expanding My Beauty Secrets locations is a small move to invite more and more people to my world. I am always excited to chat with you on the phone, listen to your stories, meet you in person, and help you to achieve your goals as fast as possible with the updated technologies that are available to you at My Beauty Secrets! You are the reason I do what I do.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My staff. My loyal clients, My reputation.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Financial management.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Don't be afraid of spending funds to invest in yourself. There is a never-ending learning process. Read books daily. Listen to podcasts. Keep learning and practicing till you feel comfortable with uncomfortableness. Work on your personal skills as well as improve your business skill sets.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Surround yourself with like-minded people who support you and motivate you. People who always remind you of the reason that you have started, your goal, your destination. Try to learn how to have a work-life balance. Work hard, eat well, exercise your body, meditate, and keep going. It'll get easier over time.
