What's your business, and who are your customers?

Tell us about yourself

I was consulting with some partners doing business in Bali making custom masks to help deal with poor air pollution prior to Covid and wanted to bring the mask to the US market. I helped them raise money and organize a new company to scale, and they asked me to be the CEO. My daily motivation is finding creative ways to bring new and innovative products to market that genuinely benefit our customers and help them live healthier and happier lives.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

As a serial entrepreneur, the next project is always the biggest excitement and accomplishment. My partner and I are currently working on a very BOLD project to start a non-profit that will bring education and awareness to some of the biggest health challenges facing women and children today.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Owning everything at a level few others are able to understand - until they are owners themselves. Similar to parenting.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Find a mentor who is best at or at the top of the industry you want to start a business in, and learn as much as you can during your due diligence period.
