What's your business, and who are your customers?
Gut Armor is a health and wellness venture with a core focus on ultra-pure science-backed supplements for Gut health. Our customers are predominately females ranging from the age of 25-55 who suffer from gastrointestinal issues.
Tell us about yourself
My passion is health and wellness, specifically biohacking and anti-aging. My passion in these areas led me to Gut health. After years of research, I co-founded the company Gut Armor. Helping people heal from gut issues that have taken away their quality of life is what motivates me day in and day out!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Successfully creating a supplement brand that is helping people heal all across the globe.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Uncertainty. Unlike a stable 9-5 job where your paycheck is guaranteed, a startup owner has no guarantees his venture will be a success. This uncertainty has to be silenced by an unwavering belief that their startup will be a huge success. Without this belief and passion in what you're building, one will simply give up before even starting.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Just start. Don't wait for the perfect time to start your company because if you do, the window of opportunity will often pass you by.
- Never get too high or too low. The startup life is a roller coaster ride that will test your emotions every step of the way.
- Find your north star and let it guide you through the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
A thousand minors equal a major. Focus on doing the small things right day in and day out.
