What's your business, and who are your customers?

We Focus on providing Ecommerce Integration and Digital Marketing. Most businesses use digital channels in some way, but it is not coordinated and sometimes not the right channel. We provide and educate them on the right tools and technologies available based on their budget.

Tell us about yourself

I have experience in the insurance industry and then retail for many years. For the last five years focused on e-commerce integration and optimization of digital channels. I found that rather than working for one company, it is more interesting and challenging to work for many companies, which started my journey as a business consultant. I focus on small to midsize businesses and help them grow.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have been successfully operating my company in Nepal and Canada. That was a big challenge and a big accomplishment for me. As two countries have completed different social, economic, and customer behaviour, it has been a thrill ride.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

It is hard to keep your employees motivated and engaged. Digital channels and marketing are changing rapidly, and finding a way to keep up with rapid digital transformation has been on the top of the list not only for our clients but for us also.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

For any business to be successful, we need to understand the market, consumer behaviour, and expectation. We need to have the right product and right channel to complete the buyer's journey. Creating buyer persona and competitive analysis is also very important.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

With the onset of COVID, digital transformation and acceleration have been rapid. Still, it has given tools and technologies to access customers and keep their engagement. Finding the right tools and reviewing the right KPI is very important.
