Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in personal and business development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Judy Cirullo, CEO of Grow Strong Teams, located in Celina, TX, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am an executive coach, a facilitator, and a speaker. The majority of my customers are business owners, business leaders, CEOs, and teams in the health and wellness industry.

Tell us about yourself

I am a seasoned business owner, a former clinician for 40 years, and a certified professional coach (CPC) for leaders and their teams. Having owned and operated four successful businesses in 4 states, I experienced the challenges and frustrations of managing the most important business asset, my people. I am certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Certified in Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ), WHY.os certified coach, Founding Actuator™ at the Culture Fix Academy™, and a Certified Team Advantage Coach. After being a business owner and clinician, I wanted to blend these qualities and experiences with my professional coaching to offer a unique and needed service to others in the health and wellness field. Working with these executives and their teams has been transformative for them and rewarding for me.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to recognize and apply what I am passionate about to my work with others brings out the best in people, employees, clients, customers, and community members.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Creating an infrastructure of systems and processes that support not only the business but the people. A system that supports a culture-first environment where everyone thrives.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Find out your own WHY and purpose. Identify your 5-10 values and ensure they represent you and your business. Then define the core values with descriptors and examples of how you expect these values to be represented in your business. Without this foundation, your business will meet headwinds as you begin to grow and hire new team members.

Where can people find you and your business?
