I have been doing this job since I am 22 years old. I love everything about it, especially making my customers happy every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is when my customers appreciate the hard work and keep on using us over the years. For example, we have a doctor who is our customer, and we did a residential job in his house, but because he loved us and the results, he let us clean his carpet and hardwood floors in his office too!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being a business owner means being available 24/7 to your customers or your workers and ensuring everyone does the job right. I always tell my guys that each one of us at the company has an important role that we need to complete so we as a company will have a big result.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be willing to sacrifice it all - time, no sleep.
- Work hard - no matter if you are tired or not, you've got to give it all.
- Love it - make sure you love what you do; otherwise, don't do it.
