What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am providing UXUI designing, Graphics designing, web development, and digital marketing services. My customers are from worldwide who need designing and branding for their digital products and brands.
Tell us about yourself
I am Sunil Kumar, and I have 12+ years of experience in design. I was inclined to design things since my childhood and then started freelancing during my college. It was like my hobbies converted into my profession. I worked for some companies full-time, and today, I am the owner of an IT company. I got motivation by the latest trends in this industry, new tools, and especially how artificial intelligence changes the way of working in my design field. The best thing I learned is to keep one day in a week "nontech day," which means no mobiles, tv, internet, or clients. On that day, I prefer to go to parks, shopping, walk, play with kids, visiting people.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I earned 1000s of contacts over social media. I visited a few countries to meet my clients. I am a mentor and connect with 4000+ students. I achieved good financial success too.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The biggest challenge is to make a balance between doing business and keep improving my skills. Mostly, my time was spent finding good talent and keep running a business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Gain skills in the field in which you want to start your business because only money can't guarantee success.
- Keep a balance between your work and personal life. It will motivate you and your business. If you decide to work 8 hours per day, stick to it. After 8 hours, do not work.
- Don't jump on any business. First, do a job on similar companies and learn the process. Get skills. Get the experience of everything that help your own future business plans.
