What's your business, and who are your customers?
I teach, train, coach, and mentor partnership skills to help my customers create their dream working life. My customers are purpose-driven business leaders or entrepreneurs who are ready for a new take on life and want to create their dream working life on purpose.
Tell us about yourself
I started my business as an answer to a question I had about how to make workplaces work better and be more meaningful and fun. Life is too short to stray from the pathway to purpose energy, and I've found I'm great at inspiring it in others and helping them make dreams come true and unlock their legacy. What motivates me each day is every encounter I have with others in my life. The conversations uncover magic everywhere!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Providing opportunities for others to succeed beyond their wildest dreams regardless of where they are at in their lives, at any given moment.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Financial tracking and monitoring regularly and balancing delivery with lead generation activities.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Put your reporting structures in place first so that they operate without a whole lot of effort.
- Clarify your purpose and intention for your business.
- Really understand your ideal client and communicate the "what's in it for me" for them in every way. It's not about you; it's about what you provide to your audience that counts.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Discover your roadblocks to success. We, as human beings, are most often our own worst enemy and holding ourselves back. You are unique. You are incredible. You have a spark in you that no one else has or can effectively use in the world. Shine out your light and live in the sunbeam of your passion! Everyone will be drawn to your Sun!
