Hey, I'm Lisa Andersson Rhodiner and I run Inspiro Yoga in Portugal & Sweden.

Tell us all about your business...

Inspiro Yoga offers high-vibe international Vinyasa yoga retreats in hand-picked locations in Sweden and Portugal. Our aim is to inspire people through the practice of yoga and healthy wholesome food. We create experiences for people to connect to themselves on a physical, mental and spiritual level and invite them to tune into their inner voice. Our retreats are crafted with a lot of attention to detail, our yoga classes are passionately taught, and are inclusive and empowering. People come from all over the world to deepen their practice and to connect to their purpose in life.

What's your background and motivation to get into the solopreneur life?

My partner and I had both completed our yoga teacher trainings in Asia back in 2012 and we wanted to combine our skills and passion for yoga, healthy food and people. To to hold space for people, see them reconnect to themselves, make them feel empowered and happy in their bodies - that's what keep us going!

As a business owner, what does success ultimately mean to you?

Having freedom to decide for ourselves, create our own schedule and more than anything feel like we're living a life on purpose, knowing that we're leaving a positive footprint on this earth by helping people feel happier and more fulfilled in their lives. Also the knowing that even if we had another million Euros in our bank accounts, we'd still be doing what we're doing today.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

You're never really "off". There's always the next thing, tasks, idea, project, website update, newsletter to write, post on social media... it's hard to switch off completely. BUT as it's our own business we don't really see it as work, it's pure fun and we love what we do!

What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a business today?

DO IT! You'll never regret it and once you're your own boss you'll never want to work for anyone else. Don't ever let fear hold you back. LIVE LIFE NOW - life is precious! Go share your gifts with the world!

If there was one thing you could do repeatedly to help grow your business, what would it be?

Simply tell myself to keep going and always dare to dream even bigger.

What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance and to keep it all together?

Always make sure I do something for myself first thing in the morning, before getting onto the tasks of the day (this is applicable for the admin work I do, it's a bit different during the retreats). I make sure to meditate, journal and practice yoga in the morning to center myself and then I try to structure my days around what makes most sense that day. I actually go a lot with the flow of what I'm most keen on working with that day and also plan my work a lot around my cycle to make the most out of my energy and make sure I get rest when I need it.

Who are some of your favorite entrepreneurs and best business resources/books?

Marie Forleo is my big hero! I've followed her work for 10 years and is my biggest inspiration without a doubt. The way she makes you feel like everything is possible and the way she inspires especially women to take space, believe in themselves - wow! Her Marie TV, book "Everything is figureoutable" and blog are the best. I also love "You are a badass" by Jen Sincero!

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Life is too short not to live our dreams and fulfil our purpose. There simply is no other way to live - so go out and do it!
