What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am in the business of helping women live the life of their dreams and living in their purpose. I am the Chief Dream Officer of Go Confidently Services. I work as a business and life strategy coach. I help women build and grow the business they want using simple habits and an easy-to-follow process to get clients and make money while having the freedom they desire.

Tell us about yourself

I have been so fortunate to have had incredible individuals breathe belief into me. For many years climbed the corporate ladder and learned what it takes to build, grow and scale a business. After leaving my career, I knew that many women did not always feel confident or knew the key steps to take and actions to implement to start their business and make money doing what they love. After being laid off during the pandemic, I know I wanted to help others by supporting their passions and helping them feel confident in running their business.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have been able to work with women who have achieved making in one month more than what they did the entire previous year. I have also had women launch a business they never thought they could, and three months after launching, they became profitable.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things for me is that I want to do it all and support all. Sometimes, I need to remind myself that others need to be invested in their growth as much as I am invested in them.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Don't wait for things to be perfect. Be willing to be imperfect and launch. The lessons you will learn from taking action will be super valuable. Be conscious of your goals. Make sure they are aligned with your priorities and that you are clear on your values. These things will drive your actions, your marketing, and your habits. Be clear on who you want to be as a business owner. You are responsible for the growth, and knowing your crucial motivator and who you want to be will help you make the tough decision that, at times, we need to make.
