What's your business, and who are your customers?

Facial Tolls: Real Individual needle derma rollers to help get rid of acne scars and wrinkles; my clients are women in their 40s and 50s wanting to look younger and have healthier-looking skin.

Tell us about yourself

I've been an esthetician for over 12 years now, and I saw the gap in the microneedling industry that the majority of facial tools were poor quality and did not perform well. I decided to dig deeper and discovered that absolutely all derma rollers, which are called micro-needle tools, had not a single needle inside.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Starting from scratch, being a foreigner with no money and no family or friends, our company to 7 figures.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Have to work or think about improving business 24/7, prioritizing clients and listening to what clients need, and giving it to them.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be ready for a crash - sooner or later, it happens.
  2. Always listen to your client's needs and suggestions.
  3. Be creative, innovating non-stop.
