What's your business, and who are your customers?

Gigzzy is a global marketplace helping the global diaspora community post and manage projects back at home without hustle. A lot of diaspora communities suffer from being swindled of their hard-earned cash by family and friends; Gigzzy comes to help in connecting the global diaspora with highly vetted and credible service providers back at home. The platform helps them to manage and pay for only work that has been done.

I am a serial technology entrepreneur passionate about solving problems and especially that are affecting the emerging markets.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have Mentored quite a lot of entrepreneurs from third-world countries.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Managing and retaining relationships.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Focus on one specific thing and make sure you succeed in it.
  2. Resiliency.
  3. Get yourself a good mentor.
