Tell us about yourself
I have always been an artist at heart and wanted to help people. I found that communicating ideas effectively is really what drives me each day, and it's become the backbone of our agency.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I am most proud of maintaining the focus of connecting people. Taking care of my team, their needs, and their goals help our mutual trust. This environment is what allows us to deliver exceptional results that we're proud of.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the most difficult things as a business owner is to always be looking forward while staying present. Giving appropriate time to two different states of mind can get complicated and takes thoughtful dedication. It can be a pain and feel like momentum is slowing at the moment, but it is important for the long haul.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Trust your gut but quickly build processes as you collect data.
- Care about people.
- Know when to walk away and pursue your next idea.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I think every business out there needs partners and mentors. By focusing on your passion for what you do best and allowing partners to pick up the other areas, you'll be able to see more clearly and realize your success.
