What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a veteran-owned janitorial company. Our customers are private companies with commercial spaces from 5,000 sqft to 2 million sqft.
Tell us about yourself
I spent seven years as an officer in the Coast Guard, and after my service, I just had the desire to build something amazing. Right now, the thing that motivates me is building a future for my family and having a chance to give back to my employees and the community.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being able to help my employees grow as an individual and take the next step in their careers.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Finding the right people to join the team. A company is only as good as the people working in it.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Do not go at half speed, and be ready to make the necessary sacrifices.
