What's your business, and who are your customers?
Genco Coaching is an Executive, Life, and Wellbeing Coaching company. We have a large customer base relevant to their needs for coaching. They can be anywhere from being corporate executives, housewives, or students.
Tell us about yourself
I was always fascinated by human potential and what might be getting in the way of expressing that. That fascination drew me to coaching. I love seeing people blossom fully into their lives and shine into others' lives from that place of blossoming.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I am not only a coach but also a coach educator. Influencing and supporting other coaches' ability to be better coaches is one of my biggest accomplishments as I feel that every student I touch is touching someone else's life. So the overall social impact created grows exponentially.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
As a solopreneur, I can say that managing every aspect of the business is hard. Some support structures would be helpful and desirable.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Understand and clarify your vision and mission so you can communicate well with others.
- Understand what your unique gift is so that you can build your customer base on that authentic gift to work with your strengths and the joy that comes from that.
- Keep it simple and grow with your business.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Remember, your authentic gifts have their organic magnetism to attract the right people to you. Always honor them, polish them and display them well so that others can find you.
