What's your business, and who are your customers?

We like to think we make the best Gelato outside of Italy, and our service sets us apart! We want to leave people with memories and experiences that stay with them forever! We want every new customer to say, "Wow."

Tell us about yourself

I love interacting with people, and I feel like we can be a place that adds joy to this world that so badly needs it! There is nothing better than Gelato, great company, and a welcoming atmosphere to lighten up this world. I am motivated by our amazing and loyal customers and my dedicated team!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I'd say getting the company through COVID in one piece:)

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Growing and maintaining exceptional staff or Taking each challenge in stride, don't let hurdles get you down, be adaptable.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be flexible. Roll with the punches.
  2. Get answers to every known question because there will always be things you don't know you don't know.
  3. When you find an exceptional employee, don't lose them. You can't run everything alone once you start to grow.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Make sure you enjoy the work because there will definitely be long hours, but if you like what you're doing, the 80-hour weeks won't feel as brutal.
