What's your business, and who are your customers?

My job is to create a cooking experience that excites and makes our local products known. My clients are people who want to have in their home, or in a house rented for the holidays, a unique dinner with a menu created together for them.

Tell us about yourself

Until one year ago, I was a sales agent for a company in the fashion sector. Then I decided to do what has always been my passion: cooking. I started doing professional courses and experimenting, and then I threw myself into it!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The satisfaction of my customers.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Managing the food cost, knowing how to organize time and commitments.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
