What's your business, and who are your customers?
Video Production for marketing and advertising purposes, and our customers are usually companies that prefer to utilize video as a marketing tool to spread their messages. This means medium to large companies or brands.
Tell us about yourself
My brother and I first started making short films for fun. People really liked what we were doing, and then after a year, we decided to start the company to help others create content in a more professional way. We really are passionate about creating stories, and knowing that we achieve that in every video we create really keeps us motivated every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I think the biggest accomplishment is that we have been in business for ten years, and we continue to grow every year. That, and the multiple awards, we have been recognized for our work by multiple peer organizations.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Having to wear multiple hats throughout the day. Even though we have other employees that help us in different areas, I still have to do other things that are unrelated to creating a video.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a little bit of savings before you start.
- Be ready to bring your best customer service skills to the table and sales.
- Make sure you are passionate about the business you want to start because that's all you'll have to grab when things get difficult.
