Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in health and fitness but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Glen & Gina Cusimano, Owners of Full Throttle Fitness, located in Kansas City, KS, US.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

We started a fitness business in the heart of COVID-19. We began group HIIT and Functional Fitness classes, along with some boxing, sports, and personal training on the side. Our members and clients range anywhere from 14-70 years old.

Recently, we've decided to aim particularly towards training youth in sports training, speed & agility, and strength & conditioning. However, we started to get inquiries from families that couldn't afford our prices, but we just could not turn them away. Sports training became our priority, so in February of this year, we started a foundation and became 501c3 qualified. This charity would help pay for each kid's training, sportswear, equipment, tutoring, and mentoring.
