What's your business, and who are your customers?

Since 2015 Front Desk Helpers Co has offered a comprehensive line of remote employee services, call center agents, and IT specialists for different industries. Long before 2020, the year when the worldwide business has been transparent online, anticipating inevitable labor market change, we started to implement an efficient model of virtual offices. Now, after seven years of successful experience, our team provides remote positions in more than 170+ specialties.

Once getting our support, our partners with remote staff overcame all crises and multiplied their incomes while their competitors were burned by recession. Today the core business of Front Desk Helpers is providing turnkey outsourcing, BPO, business consulting, dispatching services for e-commerce, medicine, customer support, moving, delivery, courier services, locksmith, and other industries. In addition, we build efficient management systems and help our partners reduce costs and boost productivity.

With time we found other opportunities based on our customers’ needs to open a new business direction and created Technical Support Team. Here, our main services are brand development (starting from custom logos), web development, and promotion. We develop classic websites, landing pages, e-commerce platforms, and corporate portals, implicate 3D party services to different CRM platforms or website builders and create and implement multi-channel marketing promotion strategies to increase the business of our customers.

Being a women-owned small business owner is very exciting but not easy. And I know that I am not the only one. But I am proud of my company, my team, and the projects that we do for our customers. We provide a company solution for any business based on dedicated remote employees, remote teams, extensive technical support for IT infrastructure, and marketing promotion.

Tell us about yourself

I love my family very much. But my children grew up and became independent. And I wanted to help other people arrange their lives. On the one hand - to give people the opportunity to work, and on the other hand - to help customers improve their business. Then, in 2015, I did not even think that my idea would become so relevant (because of the covid time). Gathering a team for a project of any complexity is an important milestone for any business because everything depends on the people you work with. I am proud of helping both my employees and my clients. The outstanding results of our clients inspire us to work better and expand the range of services provided.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being a women-owned small business owner has two aspects:

-As a person, the company management gives me the opportunity for full self-realization without looking at others.

-As a team lead, my biggest ambition is to successfully gather and manage an international team of highly motivated professionals who are exceptionally committed to their work and inspired to reach our and clients' goals.

So, I have my family, my team, and happy customers.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

What is complexity for me? I think that managing a large number of employees requires a lot of time in combination with everyday life. Besides, it takes me a lot of attention and responsibility because I should not just gather them inside one company's walls but establish high-quality and effective interaction between talented professionals and turn them into teammates.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Learn everything about your customer. Get as many insights as you can find. Learn them as a person as well, not only just a business. In the end, all that we do is about personality.
  2. Time management. You have to organize yourself and your business. Without schedule and automation, you will dive into the time abyss without the ability to emerge to the surface of your real life.
  3. Do not be afraid of market changes. Keep your finger on the pulse to follow trends and be one step ahead of the competitors

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

In the last years, I have realized all the value of the business idea we had once implemented. We were one of the first to give life to the remote employee working system, and in some years, our vision became the prototype for many fields and economics to resist the pandemic storm. Today the design of outstaffing hiring helps people save their working places and the world's economy to function. Moreover, when we integrate skilled specialists into projects worldwide, our team supports the business to exchange international experience, build solid multinational connections and develop domestic markets.
