What's your business, and who are your customers?

Hello, I'm Charlie, the CEO of Freetime Solutions. Our Mission is to empower our clients by handling the technical intricacies, allowing them to concentrate on their core strengths. We believe that everyone should relish their free time, which is why we are unwavering in delivering an all-encompassing solution that conserves time, effort, and resources. With FreeTime Solutions, rest assured that your online presence is in capable hands. Our Ideal Client is one who is ready to grow their digital presence and streamline their business and marketing efforts.

Tell us about yourself

I'm a mother of two special needs kiddos, a veteran, and a wife. I use my superpower of organization and understanding systems and processes to support businesses in their growth journey while my amazing business partners support them with beautiful and engaging marketing with the strategy to make it all happen.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We are still in our first year in business (began October 2022) and have grown exponentially, creating over 100K in sales! But to us, that is just a number. We love it when clients tell us how much they love working with us because we truly understand their business.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Balancing self-care with business growth is not only difficult but also necessary. I recommend setting intentions for each day or week and just doing your best without self-judgment. The areas I recommend business owners work on are their relationships with themselves, professional relationships with friends/family, and relationships with the community.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

I highly recommend "The Four Agreements," a book by Don Miguel Ruiz with the following "tips."

  1. Be impeccable with your word.
  2. Always do your best.
  3. Don't make assumptions.
  4. Don't take it personally.

These have literally changed my life!
