What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a Life Coach that works with individuals to create their dream life. I work with all ages and all life stages to support my clients to address a wide range of human potential and to help them remove obstacles to achieving their dreams.
Tell us about yourself
After many years of people pleasing, distractions, and lack of clarity about who I authentically am, which led to some very difficult relationships, roadblocks to my goals, and eventually a health issue, I began a journey of self-discovery. I took time to discover what was going on in my heart and where I truly wanted to go. I, too, worked with a life coach in this process. During the pandemic, I made a huge pivot and went through training to become an Activation Method Life Coach.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I am very proud of the book I wrote for children to encourage them to live their dreams and to find friends who "see" and support them to do what they love to you. I find great satisfaction in inspiring others to live their life to the fullest and find what makes their heart sing.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the most challenging things I encounter as a business owner is balancing this with my family and personal life. It's just me, so no one is going to do the work if I don't, but my family comes first!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Follow your heart and do your research! Make sure your expectations match reality to some extent, and be patient with yourself because it takes time and work to build your dream.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I just want to share what I've learned and inspire as many people as possible. Life is short, and it's so important to live each day and to find a way to do it with joy! I want to be your partner in this!
