What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are an Athletic Apparel company that focuses on providing premium apparel that can be utilized in different training modalities. It won't matter if you are a runner, dancer, weightlifter, powerlifter, bodybuilder, etc. Our products are always going to be designed for performance and be built to withstand the beating you put them through. We continue to re-design the way you feel while wearing our gym attire so you can focus more on training to conquer your goals!
Our customer base are people in the health and fitness community. Anyone who wants to better themselves and continue to reach new highest by conquering their goals.
Tell us about yourself
What got me started on this path started when I was in high school. A group of friends and I would wake up at 5 am every day before school to work out together. We didn't have the same goals and came from different backgrounds, but we came together under one roof to achieve a level of health and wellness. That's when the idea came to be of starting a clothing brand focused on bringing together different aspects of the training community under one brand/roof to achieve their version of health and wellness. That, along with knowing what I'm doing is helping people connect and conquer the goals ahead of them, motivates me to keep pushing every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The accomplishments I'm not too sure about; however, what feels like the most accomplishing thing is the smile and satisfaction I see from our customer's photos on Instagram or through personal DMs. Knowing that we have reached another person, helped them start their journey, or encouraged them to continue means more to us than a dollar amount on a spreadsheet.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing for me personally is the time discipline when balancing my personal life, school, and my business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Don't wait for the perfect time; that time is now.
- Don't over-invest in inventory; start small, and if you sell out, that is a good thing because you can base your next order and product off that baseline.
- Refine your brand concept and get dialed in on what your business Is doing for your target audience.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
This company is a veteran-owned company dedicated to giving back to our roots. Every quarter we donate a portion of proceeds to a foundation of our choice to help service members and veterans in need.
