What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a collective helping companies recruit web 3 freelancers. We also help freelancers build their on-chain reputation through Fleet side projects using blockchain technology. More than 650 talents have already joined us from all specialties.
Tell us about yourself
I've been a freelancer for 7 years now, as a social media consultant - I started my first collective in 2018 for freelancers working in social media, it's still alive and kicking, but I saw how web 3 is a whole new space freelancers were going to need to find a space to ask their questions and find the right opportunities! I love helping them live their dream of being free to work by their own rules.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Allowing talents to start their web 3 careers in the best conditions, with a community of talents with the same goals - and being part of a global movement towards decentralization.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The pressure to keep my boss happy (me) and feel like I'm doing enough running this business while also having 2 kids under 3 to take care of - and everything that comes with it :)
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
You don't have to do it all yourself. You can't be good at everything. You'll be wasting time you could have invested in more important business if you don't acknowledge that virtual assistants, no-code tools, and freelancers are your friends!
