What's your business, and who are your customers?
I run a nutrition and fitness coaching business. I help overweight and out-of-shape people who have tried every diet and workout program under the sun but have lost hope in reaching their weight-loss goals.
Tell us about yourself
I was always into fitness. I then started studying nutrition and understanding how important eating healthy and clean was to improve my overall well-being. Friends and family started asking for help. That's when I started working on my coaching business. Changing someone's mindset around food and exercise is so important to me. Restoring someone's hope in finding a nutrition and fitness program that guarantees success in the short and long term is what motivates me every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I've helped so many people lose hundreds of pounds of fat, keep it off, and live healthier lifestyles. That's a huge accomplishment.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing about being a business owner is absorbing all the responsibilities that come with the job - lots of hard work.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Define your goals.
- Make a plan of attack.
