Tell us about yourself
I decided to start my business because my husband is military, and my kids are young. I wanted to make a difference. I was tired of hearing my patients at the hospital saying, "I can't," and I wanted to find those who were ready to eliminate the issues in their lives. Now, this has turned into a full-fledged passion. I am so happy all the time helping those elite individuals by teaching them how to eliminate their emotional eating and helping them save two weeks a year on their nutrition and meal planning with my foolproof system.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Seeing the results of clients. I cannot begin to explain how much I love seeing their results and the new freedom they gain from their lives.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I believe that if something is hard, I am looking at it from the wrong direction.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Just do it. Stop waiting.
- Follow your heart, not what everyone else tells you what to do.
- Believe in yourself.
