I have been coaching Realtors and creating top-producing agents with low to mid 6-figure incomes.
Tell us about yourself
I was a top producer when I sold real estate. While money is good, helping others become successful is much more rewarding.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I’m not sure there is a single big moment in my career. I get excited to see agents break free of debt and create an independent life and lifestyle.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
As you grow your business, I think one of the most challenging areas is finding help that matches my own values and excitement for the business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be prepared. It is not all it is cracked up to be. It can be very lonely at times.
- Surround yourself with friends and mentors that are smarter than you.
- Learn to listen to those whose opinions, wisdom, and knowledge you admire.
