What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am the Founder and CEO of Feel to Heal Coaching, where I empower women to heal through breathwork and conscious coaching to remember their God Inspired life and teach them healthy steps to connect within their body, mind, and spirit.

Tell us about yourself

Over 17 years ago, I had a few weeks of extreme exhaustion and more signs of something “not right” in my body. In one day, I went from a wife, realtor, and mom of three young children to fighting to live. I was on dialysis and in need of a transplant. Instead of giving up hope, I chose to take action. I learned how food has the power to heal and how our emotions and nervous system can bring on dis-ease. Now I own a coaching company within my family’s chiropractic clinic, where I love to share with others how to shift from dis-ease and fear to living an empowered and healthy life!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have so many! I love seeing women wake up to how powerful they are!
I have helped a woman lose over 100 pounds, get off antidepressants, find her dream job, and transform her life!

I have helped another woman go from feeling she had no value in her marriage to finding her voice and speaking up in her life. She and her husband have a deeper relationship with each other, and she now sees her value.

In my business, I have shared how to lower blood pressure, balance blood sugar, reduce stress and anxiety, and with my system, learn to breathe in a different way to increase inner peace, find mental clarity, and gain so much healing and health as a result.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Hiring an aligned team. I have the best team right now, and it comes from years of knowing what to ask and look for during the hiring process and training them thoroughly, so they find their purpose and add value too.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Have clarity of message.
  2. Be authentic and own your “business” core values.
  3. Do what you love, so your passion shines through!

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

People remember how you leave them feeling more than what you say and do. So be true to yourself, be audacious, and tell everyone who will listen about what you do, why you’re different, and remember to listen more and talk less when needed.
