Fairouz is a dine-in, take-away & catering restaurant. We are committed to serving the freshest quality Mediterranean food to our supportive community.

Tell us about yourself

I took Fairouz over once COVID-19 began. Although it has been my most challenging experience yet, I have grown to love it. My motivation is my co-workers and customers, who inspire me every day.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is when customers are happy with our service and complement their experience.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Managing so many moving parts simultaneously.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Slow and steady. Lead by example. Have a healthy work-life balance.
