We are the only trilingual consulting and training organization that offers a complete step-by-step process to increase your sales and profits, with a 200% ROI guarantee! Tell us about yourself
I started working at 11 years old in part-time jobs. Even dealing with a stuttering problem and two major car accidents, at 21, I became the General Manager of a Business Unit for a multinational corporation. Under my management, that organization grew from 2% to 87% in market share and from rank #107 to Top 3 in the world in the industry, considering sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
Because of that, I got the attention of hundreds of organizations that invited me to share my experience and knowledge with their leaders and teams. I started my consulting company in 1996, and in 1997 was already delivering presentations internationally.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I have been hired by companies like Apple, Audi, BASF, Cisco, Citibank, Cotrijal, Dow, DuPont, Ericsson, Gerdau, JLL, Merck, Microsoft, Motorola, Nestlé, Puratos, Siemens, Unisys (and many others of the same caliber) to inspire and train audiences all over Latin America, United States, Europe, and Asia. Accumulating 16,000+ hours on stage as The Inspirational Speaker on Magna Influence, Leadership & Sales, my main motivation is to help companies (small, medium, and large) to Multiply their Profits with total integrity while attracting, engaging, developing, and keeping Best Talent!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is my reputation of total integrity and ROI guarantee, proving that I have done an excellent job helping my clients succeed.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
In my line of business, the main challenge as a business owner is balancing the level of attention I give to my organization and to my clients' companies. Being so client focused as I am, I always tend to give priority to my client's development and growth.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
