What's your business, and who are your customers?
F3HR Consulting is a human resources consultancy firm. Our customers are employers with 1-300 employees, in all industries, in all states.
Tell us about yourself
I have been an HR consultant for the past eight years, specializing in California employment law and compliance. F3HR Consulting was born out of a desire to ensure employers are proactive vs. reactive as it pertains to making informed and compliant decisions that will reduce the risk for the employer.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My greatest accomplishment is making an impact on businesses that would have otherwise not known what laws govern their workforce.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being on task 24/7. I have to be available for clients when they contact us.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be confident. There's plenty of fish in the sea.
- Stay true to yourself. You are valuable - do not let anyone tell you otherwise.
- Have fun and enjoy the challenges and successes.
